Our new collection was designed with you in mind.  This new line of linens varies from fun neon 80′s “Material Girl” inspired prints, to Vintage Romance, to “Betsey Johnson” rock-n-roll fun!

All were designed with the budget conscious client in mind, but of course we also feel that a girls gotta splurge every once in a while, and when better than on your wedding day! (Plus, who doesn’t need a little couture in their lives?! Right?)

Mixin’-and-matchin’ were the name of the game this time around therefore all of our linens have coordinating chair covers with versatile pieces that are interchangeable to allow you to create the perfect pairing for your wedding or party’s theme. Simply layer more pieces for an elaborate “luxury” look, or dress down with just one statement piece for a “simple chic” theme. Possibilities are endless!

We hope to Inspire you inner event coordinator and have you mix and match pieces to create a unique look custom to you.

“Country Chic”

Items used: Black and White Checkered Linen, Spanish Red Linen, White Lace Linen, Burlap Linen, Burlap Scalloped Chair Caps, Lace Chair Caps, Checkered Chair Skirts, Tulle Skirts, Vintage White Poly Napkins with Lace Trim.

And don’t you just love these chair covers? All caps and skirts are interchangeable to give your own twist this look.

80′s Themed Party!

Neons are super trendy and making a come back after their debut in the 80′s. Linens included in this ensemble are Paint Splatter Spandex Linen, Canary Yellow Satin, Hot Pink Chair Covers, Kiwi Satin Chair Covers, Lime Green Napkins.

Amazing Centerpiece by Accents by Sage. Incorporating 80s theme and Romance all in one. Very well done!

White Opulence

A romantic twist to our multicolored Lollipop Linen introduced last year. This version of our Satin fitted caps with fringe skirting is now available in all White, or any other color desired. White double sided Crush Napkins also shown.

In this version we also included an organza bustled skirt on the sides for extra flair.

Napa Linen

Linens used: Napa mulitcolored linen with spotted Milano blue and ivory chair backs.

The Napa Linen was pinned on top of a Navy Satin Linen. Perfect for a summer wedding or and elegant outdoor event.

Jackie Damask Linen

The Jackie Damask Linen in Gold comes as a reversible linen with darker gold on the opposite side. Matching Chair Backs were used, layered atop Vintage Gold Satin Chair Covers. Matching Satin Napkins were adorned with Gold Buckles to dress up this elegant look.

Rock & Roll Glam

Our Betsey Johnson inspired linen is available in Overlays and matching Spandex Chair Caps. We used Lime Satin Chair covers below and Black & White striped Sashes. Table linens included matching B&W striped Skirting and Black Tulle Skirting. Super Fun table that would have your guests ready to party as soon as they walk in the doors!

Lots of fun details were used in this table including custom made heart pins with skulls and bows.

Table Tops: Classic Party Rentals & Rent Rite Party People

Last Wednesday March 28th we came together to celebrate the launching of the new Mimi & Co Website in the only way we know how… That’s right. We threw a huge Part-ay! (I guess it’s an occupational hazard, right?!)

And what a party it was. Fellow wedding industry professionals as well as other friends joined us to celebrate in this great milestone and they all got to previewing gorgeous display tables that showcased our 2012 New Linen Collection.

The party was held at the Sacramento Grand Ballroom and guests got to dance the night away with music from Contemporary DJ’s and lighting by Sacramento Production Lighting.

Yummy food was passed out by Beth Sogaard Catering and Event Architects.

Delicious treats were given by Get Chocolate and Sweet Cakes by Rebecca.

Signature Couture Cocktails - “The Dresstini” &” The Flirtini” - in our Mimi & Co colors black and hot pink were such a huge hit at the party. So much so, that we had so many requests for the ingredients to each, so here they are. Enjoy!

And after drinks, what else to do but to commemorate the party with silly pics inside the photobooth.

It was a fun time had by all.
